OxiMedical Respiratory understands there are times when products ordered just don’t adequately meet your needs. That is why we are committed to working with our customers to ensure products with warranties perform according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Warranty information, where applicable, can be found enclosed within the product packaging.
In addition, we offer our own 30-day money back guarantee on most products we sell. So you can shop with confidence knowing if your purchase is not appropriate, you can return your item for a refund within 30 days.
No Smoking Policy
For all returns, equipment may be used only in a SMOKE-FREE environment. Violators of the no-smoking policy will forfeit their trial period and will not receive a refund for returned equipment. We will not accept the return of, nor provide a refund, for any equipment that smells of smoke.
If you have received an item from OxiMedical Respiratory that you are dissatisfied with, please contact Customer Service at (866) 696-9558, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm PST to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
For Portable Oxygen Concentrators
Once an order has shipped, there will be a $100 restocking fee for deliveries that are refused, or unopened boxes that are returned after delivery.
We know it’s sometimes difficult to choose the best portable concentrator, even after careful consideration. That’s why at OxiMedical, sales of portable oxygen concentrators include a 30-day exchange period and allow 30 days for returns. Exchanges and returns are limited to 15 hours of use during the trial period.
We encourage you to use your concentrator to determine if the unit will meet your oxygen and mobility needs. If you find that your concentrator does not meet your needs, you may exchange it for another model with no penalties; you simply pay the shipping fees. You must call within 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange (limited to one exchange).
If you decide to return your portable concentrator, a request for a Return Authorization must be made within 30 days of purchase. Only returns with an authorized RA number and pre-paid shipping label will be accepted. All returns must be shipped within 3 days from receiving your RA notification and return label. All returns must include all original packaging and items in the return must be without defect including scratches. The portable concentrator must have no more than 15 hours of post-manufacturer usage. Returns meeting these criteria will receive a full refund of product purchase price less a $99 processing fee that includes shipping costs. For All Other Items
We will accept the return of any item provided it is unused, in resalable condition and returned with a copy of your invoice within 30 days of the date the item(s) are shipped. Returned items must include all original accessories, literature, and packaging in the same saleable condition in which it was received. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Incorrect items shipped as per OxiMedical’s error or items with a manufacturing defect will not be charged the 20% restocking fee. All returns must be prepaid; we will not accept C.O.D. or postage due.
Only returns with an authorized RA number will be accepted. All returns must be shipped within 3 days from receiving your RA notification. Once a Return Authorization Number has been obtained, return the product(s) to us at the following address:

If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return and the above policies apply.
Once your package arrives please ensure it is not damaged or defective in any way. Notification of returns for damaged products must be made with 72 hours of receiving your items. In this case, a full credit will be issued for both the purchase and shipping costs.
Refunds are credited once your item reaches our warehouse and we confirm contents and all original packaging materials. Refunds by credit card will be issued to the same card and checks or money orders will be issued in one week.
